WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

What sets Laura apart is not just her efficiency, organisation, and reliability, but her ability to see the bigger picture. She doesn’t just complete tasks, she anticipates needs, suggests strategies, and helps shape my business in ways I hadn’t thought of. She encouraged me to explore workplace training, recognising an opportunity aligned with my teaching background before I did.

Beyond her expertise, Laura genuinely feels like a trusted collaborator, invested in my success. Running a business can feel isolating, but with Laura, I know I have someone who ‘gets it’, who understands the ups and downs because she’s been there herself. She works with me, not just for me, and she’s strategically supporting my business growth every step of the way.

If you’re looking for someone who brings insight, initiative, and unwavering support, I can’t recommend Laura highly enough. I only wish I had found her sooner!

Laura has been an invaluable support to my business, bringing a deep understanding of my work and offering proactive solutions that have truly elevated my visibility and operations. She has seamlessly taken charge of areas I resisted delegating, setting up and maintaining my blog, connecting my website to Google Analytics, managing SEO, and even creating systems to expand my reach in the speaking industry. From HubSpot integration for speaking opportunities to listing me on platforms I hadn’t even considered, Laura has helped position my business for greater visibility and impact. What sets Laura apart is not just her efficiency, organisation, and reliability, but her ability to see the bigger picture. In times of chaos, Laura is the calming influence we rely on, offering steady support that is deeply appreciated by the entire team, most notably by our founders, who would struggle to function without her! She has implemented systems and structures that have resolved numerous operational challenges, making our business significantly more efficient.

What sets Laura apart is that she doesn’t just think the way we do – she goes further, identifying and addressing the key gaps in our processes with foresight. She is, quite simply, indispensable. “

Things were disorganised as I was struggling to stay in control and Laura was patient, organised and flexible with the chaotic schedule. She took charge of organising my online presence with LinkedIn and a new website. She helped me work with my main client attending meetings, taking notes, issuing minutes and updating project trackers and reporting.

What I really valued when working with Laura was her calm presence in supporting me on a wide range of activities. She covered everything from porting my email hosting to preparing Powerpoint presentations. Laura provided a complete VA service and I cannot recommend her enough. If you are worried about trying a VA for the first time you could not do better than Laura!“

She quickly understood my business and has produced excellent posts and emails for it. She’s explained systems and workflows in a way I can understand, she’s dealt with tech and website issues that had me flummoxed and thrown her own ideas for growing my business into the pot as well.

If I need somebody to bounce ideas off, she’s there for me.

The best bit though is how easy it is to work with Laura. She’s friendly, supportive and has a sense of humour. I’m very glad to have found her!

Laura works both incredibly efficiently and independently. With little direction from the management team, she without fail completes all the essential elements of the role and then with any spare time looks to improve and work on other areas of the business. We could not recommend Laura enough.”
